SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All of our products are shipped by Priority Mail and will be insured for the value of the item or items purchased. Orders over $200.00 will require a signature at delivery - but if for any reason this is difficult for you please e-mail to make alternate arrangements. We believe that a minimum transit time is as important as keeping rates low and we have made every effort to do that. All "SALE" items will be shipped by parcel post and will be insured for the value of the item or items purchased.

ALASKA & HAWAII

Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will require additional postage, so please email us for additional shipping information and we will do our best to accommodate your request. At present we do not ship out of the United States!

 

 

RETURN POLICY :

Quilts, other than custom made quilts, may be returned for a full refund, less shipping, handling and insurance charges, as long as the item is returned in the same condition as sent to buyer. The customer must notify us that the item will be returned within 24 hours of receiving it and ship it back in the same way it was shipped (i.e. Priority Mail), fully insured within five days. Within 10 days of our receiving the item back in it's original condition - your money will be refunded to you. Returns are not accepted after five (5) days without prior approval. Any item you decide to return should be re-bagged immediately and repackaged in the box it was sent in to avoid any damage. PLEASE NOTE : WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ITEMS THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS WASHED, DISCOLORED, OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY.

CUSTOM MADE QUILT GUARANTEE :

All custom made quilts are completely guaranteed as to pattern, size, specified coloration, fabric content and quality of workmanship. If there is a problem with any of these things, we will take the quilt back and re-make it, at our expense, including shipping.

SIZE GUARANTEE:

We are very specific about the measurements of our quilts rather than relying on "king size", "queen size" etc. We strongly recommend that you measure your bed and compare the size of the quilt you require with the quilts we are offering. References to bed size (i.e: king, queen, etc.) are suggestions and PS-Quilts makes no guarantee that the quilts listed in a particular category will be appropriate for your bed.
